I have been doing Toning Tables at Alastair & Dawn’s Toning Emporium twice a week for over 15 yrs. I am a relatively fit 90 year old woman & my sessions keep me that way. I had full knee replacement in 2021 & the exercises helped me with my recovery. If you have any kind of problems e.g. back, knees, shoulders, Alastair will guide you Into the correct exercises on the toning tables or in the gym to help. He also does massages & beauty treatments etc. Just telephone & speak to Alastair for his advice.
