Oh wow, oh wow oh wow! This place is magical and my massage was absolutely beyond this world! I get quite a few massages because I run a lot Academy in Oxford so I’m always in need of a massage… this particular massage was my favourite ever massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! Exceptional service as soon as you enter the salon and even a parting tea left for you to sip and enjoy as you leave! I think I found my new favourite place! thank you to the owner and to May for a wonderful time. As a mum of a 1yr old these times are really special and you made it extra special so thank you.

It was perfect to have use of the anti gravity massage chair before my float today; really enhanced the whole relaxation experience. So much so, that after my float I chose to add on the use of infra red sauna and opted to use the chair again! I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave Mederi, I floated out the door reluctantly! This really is a lovely, uplifting, relaxing space. Thank you, Vivian, for looking after me.

Had a very enjoyable and relaxing experience this evening. Excellent customer service, and I came out feeling a lot more refreshed and relaxed after my infrared sauna & float pod. Would recommend and will certainly do again.

Noom was excellent - just awesome! Would definitely recommend him if you want the most relaxing experience. He considered my preference and adjusted the pressure accordingly 😇 All the therapists are great, except one - I do not remember the name but rest all are fabulous. Also, seeing Sally at the front desk is always a pleasure - she is the sweetest and most welcoming, always! I have been going to Silver Spa for 2 years now and absolutely like the attention to detail.

An overall excellent experience. I've been to Silver Spa a few times now and my experience has always been consistent. I am always greated with a warm, friendly welcome, the massage therapists are very skilled and experienced and the spa is well run and organised. The experience from the beginning is relaxing and I always come away feeling satisfied, I would highly recommend Silver Spa.

What an incredible experience! I did the massage chair, infrared sauna, and float session — and each part felt like a step deeper into total relaxation. The massage chair was surprisingly powerful and helped loosen all the tension in my back. The infrared sauna felt warm and healing, without being overwhelming. And the float session… pure peace. It was like pressing pause on the world. The space is spotless and calming, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back — this place is a hidden gem for anyone

My husband got me the silver spa package for Mother’s Day. I booked the De-Stress (Back, Neck, Shoulders, and Foot Massage) 55min with Ms Joy Really nice massage, the pressure was good, and it had a bit of stretching. I left feeling relaxed and my body not as sore and stiff when I came in. I have already booked my next one.

I had a nice first-time experience at Silver Spa. Location is convenient with easy parking. The therapist was skilled and professional. It is a relaxing and effective massage. The combination of massage and stretching helped relieve stiffness in various parts of my body, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A soothing cup of ginger tea at the end was the perfect finishing touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

I had a great time having a massage with Silver Spa. The whole environment was new, clean and conducive for relaxation, de-stressing and refreshing your mind.. I was offered a membership which was good value for money. I had Traditional Thai Massage with Oil for 2 hours which was very relaxing and soothing to the mind and body. Special mention to Kay who's been excellent and really good at what she's doing. She caters to your request when you want more massage to a part of your body that needs it. I would highly recommend Silver Spa to anyone who's looking for a good massage theraphy.

My cousin and I got a foot, shoulder and head massage by two very sweet masseuses, Ms Kay and Mr Ice, and I must say it was supremely relaxing. The staff was very kind and accommodating, with the receptionist Sally permitting our request to use the shower room prior to the massage since we had a long walk on this very hot summer day and needed a bit of freshning up. The prices are value for money & we got a good deal. The place is very neat and hygienic and they offer refreshments like pandan tea & cake post the service. Would highly recommend this spa to all for the quality of the massages.

Really pleasant experience all around, spa staff were very friendly and accommodating to ensure a female therapist was available despite my error of not noting this on my booking. Massage was definitely among the best I’ve had, incredibly relaxing and energising. (Thai oil combo massage). You can tell the therapists are very passionate about what they do, and really put their everything into creating an experience within the service. Would definitely come back if we are local again.

As always a very relaxing and lovely experience. If you’ve not floated before, I highly recommend it. So many health benefits (I’m recovering after a knee op), I also love the fact for days afterwards I sleep like a baby. Floating really does make you feel fantastic both inside and out- in both body & mind. I quite often sleep whilst floating….thats how relaxed it makes you feel. I cherish my time at Mederi, it’s important I feel to invest time in yourself; and have that opportunity to switch off and feel free. What an experience! The floatation tank was absolutely amazing, I didn't know what to expect but what I got was an hour of absolute bliss! The staff were so lovely and made the experience that much better! I booked for me and my boyfriend, but I am an intensive care nurse and to say I've had a tough couple of years with the pandemic would be an understatement. For me, the floatation tank was a great way to reduce my anxiety and stress. I would recommend to everyone! Thank you Oxford floatation centre for the most peaceful hour I've had in 2 years!

The infra red sauna, was lovely, and with sensitive skin, the waterless sauna was brilliant. The pod was, somewhat surprisingly different, wasn’t sure at first, but once I relaxed, and floated, I found it amazing, relaxing, and therapeutic. The infrared sauna was amazing — clean, comfortable, and at the perfect temperature for my 30-minute session. The float was such a unique and relaxing experience; it truly took me away from reality for a while. I left feeling deeply relaxed and had the best night’s sleep in ages. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely experience at Mederi wellness. It was exactly what we needed. The girls were so friendly & helpful. We used the Infrared Sauna & the float therapy. Being not sure about the float tank as a 1st time user, even though i relaxed, i would totally let myself relax next time. Will definitely use again

My daughter and I had a spa day together. We had a very relaxing experience. First we enjoyed a one-hour massage, then we had a half-hour infrared sauna, and last we went into the floatation tank for 60 minutes. In between we enjoyed resting in the sitting room, where we were given tea. The atmosphere was calm, and Kate was very attentive and friendly. We felt warmly welcome and that we'd want to do this again. Thank you guys x

Vivien is fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. I love the white room and the atmosphere and vibe at Mederi. It is a good experience working from there. The relax chill room and being able to offer clients a discount on the float and sauna is attractive. Good not great star rating due to the ceiling in the White room - wires hanging out! Room could benefit from a dimmer light especially if I was working at night. Steps down to loos mean it is not suitable for disabilities. Chat in reception can be a bit noisy and disruptive. And no hand basin or bin in the room.
