Best Spas near me in Hotham, Bognor Regis

Just an observation having experienced many massages in the UK and across the world, the massage room perhaps needs softer lighting, some background relaxing spa music playing and maybe a candle / diffuser, so the atmosphere is more relaxing and "cosy". I found the room at little "stark". My appointment was for a 90 deep tissue massage. While there were moments of deeper massaging across my scapulars and through my back, generally I would class this as a "relaxing" massage instead. Overall, a pleasant experience but not quite a five star rating.

Really good was nervous as never had a skin peel or any skin treatment and very conscious about my skin. The lady made me feel calm and told me what to do to help my skin. With the hot stone massage wow best one I’ve had I had a deep sleep it was so so relaxing. I highly recommend this spa very polite and warm welcoming :)

Wow! This Spa is absolutely lovely! Very welcoming, Spa area is spotless and decorated well with a calming atmosphere. There's drinks available, a hot tub and a sauna in the private Spa room. We booked for a treatment as well and it was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and I will, without a doubt, be back very soon!

Amazing experience. Wonderful, loved it. Friendly, delightful staff. A private spa with jacuzzi and sauna followed by a foot scrub and back, neck and shoulders massage. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

First visit today . Had a deluxe facial and neck/ shoulder massage with Jwan today . Jwan was absolutely amazing. Both treatments were relaxing and wonderful and Jwan is friendly , professional and delivered great treatments . ☺️
