I could not have asked for better, they accommodate all 9 the of us girl as a pre wedding day spa day. Spent the day in a beautiful room with a hot tub and sauna relaxing, a massage and facial for us all and we had the best time. Everyone was so relaxed come the end of the day and I slept so well. Would Highley recommend going here. They are all so lovely, professional and kind. What an amazing experience.

From the moment I walked into the salon I was warmly greeted and instantly felt a sense of calmness and ease. I very rarely take the time for myself and can find it hard with social interaction at times. Roxanne made me feel so welcome and enjoyed the natural conversation without it being forced. Roxanne made me feel valued as as a customer and I enjoyed the quiet nature of the salon. Really recommend Black Swan Spa and Therapy Lounge and particularly Roxanne who made my first experience so positive. Thank You so much :)

Just an observation having experienced many massages in the UK and across the world, the massage room perhaps needs softer lighting, some background relaxing spa music playing and maybe a candle / diffuser, so the atmosphere is more relaxing and "cosy". I found the room at little "stark". My appointment was for a 90 deep tissue massage. While there were moments of deeper massaging across my scapulars and through my back, generally I would class this as a "relaxing" massage instead. Overall, a pleasant experience but not quite a five star rating.

I was quite nervous, currently having a bad flare up of acne on my jawline and it is really bothering me. My facial today was great and the lady was very knowledgable, gave advice and talked me through each step. I felt really relaxed throughout and will be back for another when needed. Thank you!

I’ve had my skin treated with Jade twice now, had a hydra facial and microneedling and she’s been absolutely amazing both times! She really takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how that works on the skin and is super informative with the aftercare! My skins felt amazing after, thank you! 🫶🏼
