Crystal offered an amazing experience with the head spa treatment, I’ve never felt more pampered! Postpartum scalp care has been a struggle, but now feels so much healthier. John also provided a great blowout at the end of the treatment as well. My scalp and hair have never felt so good!

We had a lovely time celebrating Mother’s Day together. I only recommend that there be separate times for parents needing to bring children into the salt cave. If attending your first time, it definately takes away from being able to enjoy your time when children are just being children and are making noise. The lovely woman that works the desk/sets everyone up with blonde hair very kindly did make things right for us when it came to that issue and we did much appreciate that gesture so all together it was a great experience and a relaxing time. Will be back!

I did the Diamond Head Spa treatment for the first time and it was a 10/10 experience. The staff were very knowledgable and friendly and the spa itself was beautiful. The treatment was extremely relaxing and I’m already looking forward to coming back and enjoying it again. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I received laser hair removal & my experience was amazing! I had a few surgeries and was worried about discomfort, however, Melannie made my experience so comfortable! It was my first session and experience to receive the treatment, & she walked me through what to expect each step of the way. The woman at the front desk and the staff are welcoming as well. Melannie was patient, kind, & KNEW what she doing. It’ll definitely be my new go-to esthetics spot!

Myself, and my sister-in-laws came for the ultimate treatment and we had such an amazing time!! The Healing Salt Cave was such a vibe. All the staff were amazing. This made our experience for booking a low key bachlorette celebration awesome. There was even a room to be able to have our treatments done together for the 4 of us! We absolutely loved it! From beginning to end, walking in the door to the end of my appointment was pure bliss! The staff were very welcoming from the time I had called to book an appointment and couldn’t get one for the time that I was in Niagara Falls and so they put me in a waiting list and I was so ecstatic when they called to say they had a cancellation. I had the Diamond Head Spa Treatment, it was exactly what I needed, so totally relaxing and amazing…. We all know how great it is when we go to the Hairdresser and have our hair washed, it’s never long enough, well this was an hour of that! Highly recommended!
