This was my third time experiencing contrast therapy, but my first visit to Sweat & Chill, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment I arrived, Chelle made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and guided me through the experience, making it both relaxing and enjoyable. The sauna and ice bath combination was incredible. Thank you, Chelle, for such a wonderful experience I’ll definitely be back and bring my 12 year old daughter with me✨

I had my first oce bath and sauna experience and it was amazing. Well guided by chelle the entire session, calm and relaxing. I also did the spinal energetics for the first time. It was a relaxing experience that was well guided. Chelle was so lovely and went through the steps to ensure we got the best out of session. Highly recommended

We visited the place after a hectic week and it was absolutely spot on! The private sauna and ice bath setup are unreal. Very clean, relaxing and exactly what we needed to completely reset. We’ll definitely be back!

My massage was wonderful! I felt very comfortable with my masseuse, she was professional and friendly. If I could add one constructive criticism it would be that there are pretty regular banging sounds, I assume from doors to massage rooms opening and closing. This was the only thing that really took the attention away from the relaxing atmosphere but it was only something minor. Overall a 5 star experience and I’ll be back! Thank you.

My massage with Claire was pure bliss. I asked if she could concentrate on my back a little more which she did. It so helped my sore muscles loosen up and the whole experience was so lovely and relaxing. Thank you Claire. 😊

We had an amazing time as 3 sisters celebrating quality time together. Solace Day Spa went over and above to facilitate our request of a day and time that enabled this special moment to happen. Thanks so much, it was amazing

Really enjoyed my experience with the ice bath and sauna. Such a great experience and very helpful. I was given lots of information and guidance throughout, and it was clear that there was a great level of knowledge and expertise. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! 🧊🔥

Recently had my very first Spinal Energetics session. Such a unique and interesting experience! The session led Chelle (such a lovely human btw) to an area of my body where I had been feeling stuck with pain. I had not disclosed this to her prior to having the session. I left feeling relaxed and invigorated, with a literal buzz like I had electricity running through me. Highly recommend and would 100% go again.

Love Kure Sauna & Ice Bath! It is incredibly well set up and spotless. Lou was fantastic—she even shared some helpful breathing techniques to use during the ice bath, which made the experience so much better. I highly recommend it and can definitely see myself becoming a regular!
