I’ve never been before and my husband booked me an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. I actually feel like a new person coming out, I’m now going to be booking in monthly to maintain. Thank you again!

My husband has been seeing Lucy for a couple of months now and he is so happy with her service. She is a great listener, completely non-judgemental and allows him to feel supported and heard. Lucy is providing a bespoke package of counselling and hypnotherapy around childhood trauma, alcohol reliance, anxiety and self-esteem. We feel so blessed to have found Lucy and know that her support is invaluable.

Pete has treated my injury very well and was able to quickly identify the problem and get to work immediately. After only a couple of sessions and following his instructions between treatments I was feeling a lot better. On his advice I gently returned to running and ended up running the 10k I had entered with no issues afterwards. I'd happily recommend him to potential future clients

I have had 3 treatments of swift therapy with Julia so far, I had been putting off treatment out of embarrassment but she made me feel at ease and was very personable and informative.

I’ve been seeing Rachel about an old shoulder injury for a few weeks. The sessions are definitely helping, I no longer have as much pain and aching in the shoulder and my mobility is improving too

Lucy’s approach with my daughter was fantastic- she focused on rapport and connection first before asking any tricky questions, which worked well. Lucy was very professional and knowledgeable but at the same time she was warm and friendly, which has given us the confidence to move forward with the therapy.

Rachel was really thorough and addressed all of the areas that were causing me pain. I left feeling like a new person!

Pete fixed my shoulder, which had been hurting like crazy for, like, four or five years. He also fixed my super sensitive forearm, which had been bugging me for over three years. Neither my GP nor the GP's physio could help. Nobody could figure out what was wrong, so I couldn't get the right treatment. After a few sessions with Pete, I'm totally good! Is he a magician? Seriously, doctors should take notes from you.

Another great session 👏 I've now found going every 4 weeks is more beneficial for me. But yet again after the session I feel so much better and now I'm finding that I go to therapy happy. Thank you lucy
