I went for the second time to get my nails done and honestly I'm so pleased with how my nails look yet again! Since I'm quite a shy person and find it intimidating to go to nail salons etc (due to not so nice past experiences from other places before), Holly + the others here make sure you feel super comfy and are unlike any others out there! That alone has made me a regular forever xx. Just super amazing & so kind- plus, a beautiful and chill environment. I highly recommend anyone to come here ♡

Rubi is by far the best woman I’ve ever been to for my nails an brows she allways delivers 100% of the time I honestly couldn’t be happier she’s a lovely woman an allways goes above an beyond to make sure you’re completely happy with anything you have done by her the salons beautiful aswell I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

Luvly and mega professional has always, Ebony is such a talented hairdresser, above that thou such warm Patient calm person . Listens with interest to all customers. Despite some of the very obnoxious rude customers. How they spk to hairdressers. My experience is always special calming and really short day out with more a friend, than just hairdresser. A fabulous, relaxing experience from start to finish. The salon is warm and welcoming. Gemma has a great eye for colour and always gives me the perfect result. She is so knowledgeable and gives you tips to help in-between visits. She takes time to listen to what I want. Absolutely fabulous, all treatments had by myself and friends were amazing and the massages were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and beautiful setting. Shame that the swimming pool and jacuzzi weren't functioning. Treatments and staff in salon 5 star. X

First time with Kath and my nails feel clean and fresh! I had biab and I just love the colour and design. Kath got the colours spot on from the picture I showed her. The salon was lovely, laid back and good vibes!

Kath’s nails are brilliant, she never disappoints with her artwork and if you see something different she will buy it in for you!

Very warm and welcoming salon. All the girls were friendly! I would highly recommend and I definitely will be going to get my nails done there again. Exactly what I asked for I got and even more. Above and beyond service!
