It’s my first visit at Sugar Nails & Lashes and I’m quite impressed with my experience. On-day booking via the app was straightforward and swift. I did Luxe pedicure by Annie and Kesley did the lash lift for me. Both are excellent! They’re patience and take care of the details. I also appreciate the quick response and solutions to a billing issue that I noticed when I got home in the evening. I contacted the store via the app, they figured it out the next day and offered solutions swiftly. I would definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

Angel was wonderful! Very professional and you could tell she really cares about the quality of her work. Risako was very accommodating, and very approachable and helped my god-daughter feel less overwhelmed and intimidated with all the choices and the experience as it was her first time. She was very patient and encouraging in letting her try different looks so she could settle on her decision. Overall the studio was very lovely and warm. It was clean, professional, and a very relaxing atmosphere - we had a great time and walked out with great nails!
