It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

As usual Fiona did a wonderful job of my manicure. One thing that she has no control over is the quality of clear nail polish. It was not good compared to the "Seche Clear" you used to use. My nails became very brittle with your brand and broke one after the other. I will do my own nails at home using my own "Seche Clear" in the future. The last few appointments I took my own nail polish for Fiona to use but forgot it this time. No comparison as far as the long term result goes.

I rarely treat myself to a manicure, so I was so pleased with what a beautiful job Sam did of my nails! I went for some Christmas sparkle and even a little nail art! I love how they turned out!

Great manicure and pedicure with Chyanne! gentle and made me feel comfortable, and loved her suggestion on a white chrome finish for my nails for an upcoming wedding! Will definitely be back :)

It’s a cute little spot. Music was a little loud and my nail tech spent the appointment talking to a colleague (?). Edges of some of my nails are still rough, but I can finish filing myself, I guess. They look good but the service could be more welcoming and attentive to details.

Best nail tech!! Super welcoming, does an amazing job everytime, and has so many colours to chose from. She always checks in during an appointment to make sure everything is good and how you want it:)) Would recommend to anyone looking for cute and long lasting nails.
