Val was very attentive and friendly. She executed the haircut I wanted perfectly based on my photos and instructions. So happy with how the cut feels and frames my face. She also recommended a product when I told her I was looking for a heat protectant. Will definitely come back again for my next cut!

Marie did an absolutely incredible job! I asked for long layers and face framing pieces and showed a reference photo and she did just that! Also, she was extremely kind and gave me some amazing tips for my natural curls that I am super excited to try. Great experience!

It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

I had a lovely experience getting my lashes done at Fika Beauty. I was so pleased with the end results! I also got a face framing cut and couldn't be happier. Their service and decor are impeccable! 5 stars.

Mikhaila was great and made me very comfortable, answering all my questions and giving me helpful tips. The tan on my face ended up quite a bit darker than I expected, and in my view pretty obvious that it was a spray tan (which I wanted to avoid), but this was partially my fault as I should have asked for a shade lighter on my face. Nothing orange though! I’d still go back and just be more specific about shade.

Wonderful experience getting the head massage, a wax and eyebrows tinted and shaped. Jasmine and Chelsea were both incredibly kind and ensured I was comfortable and happy with the service. My face and hair look and feel incredible now!

Where to begin???!! Natasha is a TRUE artist - I’ve had the privilege of being behind her chair a few times now and I can truly say that I have found my stylist. I’ve never had a haircut that has framed my face, complimented my natural hair (SO MUCH HAIR, fine but dense), AND, I found my SALON! Fika is phenomenal - their philosophy, the energy, the aesthetic, the music, ETC! While getting my hair done, I also got my nails done by an apprentice who was so authentic & just a natural with nails. She executed my vision perfectly despite me being so indecisive. Everyone was very welcoming. Alisha was my stylist and she was amazing. I told her I've never had a "real" hair cut before, just trims and I was nervous but wanted a change. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I liked her ideas. She knew exactly what would suit my face as I love my new cut! Can't wait to go back!

Love my nails again!! Julia’s work is always amazing. She is calm, attentive, and a delight to chat and laugh with. The entire staff always make me feel welcomed, and it always puts a smile on my face to come here. Despite how busy it can get, they are cleaning constantly which is great to see.
