I tried Gua sha for the very first time. It was painful for me because I didn't know what to expect. The nice part about this experience is that my therapist asked me before she started, as to confirm I did request it. She also shared with me why it was different for me. And gave me the "do not dos" after a Gua sha session. Well, after 1 day, my back felt better. The massage before the Gua sha was 10+. This is the only place I go and they always know what my body needs.

I got referred over to this establishment from two friends in the neighborhood. Amy was awesome. Deep, quality, massage (needed a lot of work on my back and neck) and tried cupping for the first time. Great experience. I’ll be back at least once a month from now on.

Ben is excellent… great massage! but However this place needs a to be renovated badly. It’s a shame because the therapists are very good here. I hope the owner will consider a renovation soon

She uses a combination of techniques, including scraping and cupping, which have helped me with my sciatic pain due to a herniated disc. Every session feels tailored to my needs. I really appreciate that she goes beyond the massage—she follows up after each session to check in on my progress and how I'm feeling. She also offers great advice on exercises to do at after. I’ll make sure to see her at least twice a month.
