I got referred over to this establishment from two friends in the neighborhood. Amy was awesome. Deep, quality, massage (needed a lot of work on my back and neck) and tried cupping for the first time. Great experience. I’ll be back at least once a month from now on.

Ben is excellent… great massage! but However this place needs a to be renovated badly. It’s a shame because the therapists are very good here. I hope the owner will consider a renovation soon

Today, I teared up. It was the best massage 💆‍♀️. They're all great! But today, I needed my arms and legs addressed. I sit at a computer all day and my arms started to feel this burning sensation. My massage therapist knew exactly the right places that needed healing. Thank you!

I didn't know what a difference this could make to reach my fitness goals and reduce pain. Dianna is great at explaining how the connective tissues and body works, realigning the body to work more efficiently and sharing exercises to work on to maintain and strengthen areas that need adjusting. No frills needed when the massages are this good. Ben is hands-down the best when it comes to full body deep tissue massage, he knows all the right pressure points and I always leave feeling like all of my tension has been released. I highly recommend Diana. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of sessions now and she’s been a game-changer in my healing journey. She uses a combination of techniques, including scraping and cupping, which have helped me with my sciatic pain due to a herniated disc. Every session feels tailored to my needs. I really appreciate that she goes beyond the massage—she follows up after each session to check in on my progress and how I'm feeling. She also offers great advice on exercises to do at after. I’ll make sure to see her at least twice a month.
