Good massage but kind of weird and stressful. They asked me at least 5 times if I'd called to schedule and I kept telling them "online". They acted like they had no idea why I was there, then seemed surprised about my name despite the fact that I introduced myself when I came in. I don't hear super well and their English is poor, so it was a struggle. The foot massage was about 10 to 20% face and neck, but the foot massage was good. Better English would help them, I think.

I didn't know what a difference this could make to reach my fitness goals and reduce pain. Dianna is great at explaining how the connective tissues and body works, realigning the body to work more efficiently and sharing exercises to work on to maintain and strengthen areas that need adjusting. Highly recommend!

Totally exceeded expectations! Not a frilly place and you aren't going to get cucumbers for your eyes but you WILL get a great deep tissue massage at an even better price. I'm from California and picked this on a review so paying it forward. I will definitely come back on my next work trip.
