Guaranteed you will not be on the hunt for a massage therapist after you find Hayley. She listens to what you are asking for and then communicates to you afterwards areas to target for next time, what loosened up/areas of tightness, and then the best plan moving forward that works with you and the goals that you want for your body. She was wonderful! She worked on my specific muscle issues & then gave me feedback after the massage on areas that were tight/needed to be worked out. She also gave me stretches to do to alleviate pain/tightness & put cbd lotion on my inflamed traps. I’ll definitely schedule with her again soon!

Jen is incredible! I had cosmetic surgery and needed lymphatic drainage. I was so stiff, sore and swollen. After every massage with her I felt more flexible, soothed and had a huge sense of relief. Had the pleasure of meeting Kristine at my job today where she was providing massage services on-site for employees! Not only does she have a friendly and outgoing personality, as a professional, she really knows her stuff when it comes to massage and pain management! Her deep tissue techniques helped ease tension in my body and I felt rejuvenated afterwards! Hannah has the touch! Just had the perfect mid day “reset” and feel so relaxed after my facial. My skin is glowing and I have so much less tension in my jaw/face than I did when I came in.

Kristine was referred by our Neighborhood group. I was suffering from a shoulder injury and no amount of home self care was helping. The 90 min massage was not only relaxing, the techniques she offered were none I’d experienced with prior massages. She knew exactly how to work the joint and muscle to create new range of motion.
