This was honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a salon! I have been to other salons in Austin but never felt very comfortable or like the stylists particularly cared about my hair. I had a totally opposite experience here and I will definitely be coming back to Smooshine. Jacob was awesome! He was very attentive and thorough and it was just a super high quality haircut and experience. I appreciate the time he took to understand my hair goals, and to explain his methods and why he did them. I will definitely be recommending Smooshine and Jacob to friends.

I had a wonderful experience with men's haircuts, they cut my hair quickly, efficiently and inexpensively. I am also grateful to the stylists of Creative Cuts for regularly giving my three boys high-quality haircuts. An excellent salon, I recommend it for everyone who values quality and prefers to save money.

I could write a book on how AMAZING Mark is!! I walked in and basically said “do whatever you think would look best on me”….he transformed my hair COMPLETELY! Mark truly has such a passion for his work and what sets him apart is his artistic eye…he takes all your features into account before giving you the best hair of your life that harmonizes with your natural features. Mark is an excellent stylist/barber. You can tell he does care about hair; he puts high emphasis on matching the hair with the person. He is super down to earth and is passionate about the arts and creativity. I will go back again whenever I need a touch-up or want to do something new :)

Kim is a true pro. My hair is tough. After moving to Austin area in 2006, it took me a few years and not-great haircuts to find her. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now.

Lyann gave me and my daughter exactly what we wanted! Well, I had no clue what I wanted, but Lyann took her time consulting with me and checked in regularly to make sure I was good with the direction things were going. I absolutely love the end result!! My daughter’s ask was much more straightforward, and Lyann executed it perfectly. I loved how communicative Lyann was, and the music in the salon set a perfect mood. Loved loved loved it!

Pam is very professional and knows her craft. I feel confident in coming to get my hair done at her salon. A+ plus service

Shanna is the best! Always does a wonderful job on my hair, and a great head massage during shampoo! She is so pleasant to be around, and the only stylist I have found who is consistent as well as masterful! I’m so glad to have her as my stylist for the past several years.

My haircut with Adrian was honestly the best salon experience I've ever had. It was awesome to get to book an appointment specifically for a curly haircut! There was lots of time allotted and I didn't feel rushed at all. Adrian offered many accommodations that made my experience feel relaxing and therapeutic - dim lighting, no music or small talk, lots of check-ins about what they were doing. I usually leave a salon feeling completely overwhelmed and overstimulated, and this time I left feeling more calm than when I came in! Not to mention I absolutely love my haircut. HIGHLY recommend them!!

The hair experience was exceptional and I appreciated the knowledge of the stylist. But I didn't get a chance to enjoy my pampering because of the activities going on in the salon.
