As a long term customer, I have to say that I put my full trust in Toni to assess what needs to be done to address the problems I relate to her. I describe my pains and weakness areas and she always seems to translate those comments into effective treatments that help alleviate the issues. I always leave feeling improvement (and usually feeling even better the following morning). I cannot recommend Toni more highly!

Toni takes the time to understand the aches and pains you are experiencing, and then she uses her knowledge of the physiology of the body to locate and work affected the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissue. Between my varied activities and natural aging, I rely upon Toni to keep me up and moving and feeling strong!

Toni is the best. She’s treating me for fasciitis and I’m getting wonderful results. She gives a wonderful body massage that is so very relaxing I don’t want to leave. Very sweet young woman. Can’t say enough positive things about Toni. I’m so happy to have found her.

This was an amazing experience!. I am not one to get massages. I hold tension in my neck, shoulders, and back, so it I normally walk away in pain. Toni's communication up front on what I was looking for, needed, and suggestions to move forward were on point. Her space is very inviting and calming. I received a 90 minute session with dry brush treatment and hot stones. I felt invigorated, more limber, and more importantly not in pain ;-). She gave me suggestions on at-home maintenance as well as routine visit suggestions. Toni seems very knowledgeable in her craft and I will definitely be back!

Outstanding massage!

It is now 24 hours post massage, and I feel better than I have in months. Very fluid movements without the nag of this pain or that stiffness. Toni is very knowledgeable and has a back for hitting the target areas effectively. Loved it and will be back!

Toni is incredibly compassionate. She is gentle and conversely incredibly strong. She uses quality oils and lotions. I really appreciate that she gives advice and easy to do exercises to improve my health and flexibility. I really needed a session with Toni today. I fractured my foot in April and didn’t fully recover for 4 months. I have fasciitis in my feet and have been in a lot of pain.
