I often feel after a massage 'relaxing but wish it got into more knots' or 'was deep but harsh now I feel tenser, wish it was more relaxing'. Well Rich knows what he's doing. A lot of knotted muscles released and I feel much less tense allover. Much more relaxed. The practice area is clean and bright. Also great value treatment! In had sports massage, some hot stones incorporated too.

Was a bit nervous, this being my first ever sports massage and me being a non sporty middle aged guy. Was put totally at ease, relaxed and everything explained in a nice calm environment.
