Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. Fresha doesn’t give the proper address or a contact number when booking, so it was a little fraught getting there! Wonderful that appointments are really flexible and go late into the evening! Such a lovely lady and was literally there hours and didn’t feel on a clock at all! Came away with perfectly polished toes and a new set of nails and only booked a few hours before. Lovely experience, will book again! X
