Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. I had a full set of mega volume lash extensions. Previous times I have had this treatment I have come away with very sore and irritable eyes. The product always burnt and my eyes left sensitive. This put me off for a few years, however having my lashes done with Anna was so different, my eyes did not water, she took her time and talked me through as she worked, the room was relaxing and overall a very pleasant experience. Anna was friendly and professional and I was over the moon with my results! My lashes have lasted so well. They are exactly what I asked for/ thick fluffy and full!

Was desperate for a massage having recently started a new job that is giving me backache. The shoulder, neck, back and leg massage did not disappoint! Lovely, dimly lit, warmb & relaxing treatment room. Warm towels applied to legs, this was hands down the most relaxing massage I've had! I fell asleep! & Felt quite comfortable doing so. Fresha doesn’t give the proper address or a contact number when booking, so it was a little fraught getting there! Wonderful that appointments are really flexible and go late into the evening! Such a lovely lady and was literally there hours and didn’t feel on a clock at all! Came away with perfectly polished toes and a new set of nails and only booked a few hours before. Lovely experience, will book again! X

First time meeting Sophie and she made me feel so at ease, talked me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep half way through.
