Gemma is a lovely girl felt comfortable from the moment I steeped in. Gemma explained everything well and clear the workplace was clean and spotless my face felt fresh and looked so much better after my facial. Also she gives a lovely relaxing massage. Will be back again

Highly recommend Cloud Nine for a massage, both hot stone and deep tissue massages. Kelly is very attentive and has the needs of the client foremost, especially when the individual requires special attention. The whole experience is very relaxing and well worth the money. Thank you Kelly :)

Had a great reflexology massage for the first time .Attention to detail was great,felt very calm and relaxed.Great feedback also regarding a few health issues and advise on how to manage these issues going forward.

From the minute I walked in, Gemma was so friendly and instantly put me at ease as I was visiting for my first time. We went through a full consultation and she listened to all my answers and explained everything she would be doing. I walked out after my full body massage feeling like I was on top of the world. It was the most relaxed I had felt in months. I don't know what powers she has but it felt magical! Already looking to book in again ♥️

Honestly can’t rate SP physiotherapy or Steph highly enough. Always there to sort out my aches and pains with treatment and massage. I had my first ever massage by Katy - I was pretty nervous and didn’t know what to expect. As soon as I arrived Katy made me feel so relaxed and answered the questions I had. She talked me through the process and at the end of the massage provided me with further recommendations for different therapies. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to book again.

Kelly is such a lovely person and goes out her way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've had lots of treatments and they are honestly fantastic. I like deep pressure applied for massage and as always this is provided however if I'm just booking for relaxing massage again this is what Kelly does it's very person centred.

Just wow!!!! I wasn't sure what to expect but from the moment I walked through the door it was total calm and welcoming. The room was warm and cozy as well as the massage bed. The treatment itself was amazing, I enjoyed it so much. I was so relaxed and the gentle touch just made me drift away into a total state of relaxation. I will definitely be back x

Amazing experience. First time having a head spa which included a facial (premium headspa) and have left feeling incredible. Had the best nights sleep in a long time and feel so relaxed. Upon entering the room it was welcoming and relaxing straight away. Will definitely be back
