A Massage from Sophie at Bone and Body Healing . I've been dealing with a nagging leg pain for a while, and after just one session with Sophie at Bone and Body Healing, the difference is incredible. She was amazing—she really listened to my concerns and focused on the problem area. Sophie managed to work out all the knots and, and I felt a reduction in pain almost immediately. My leg feels so much better and the pain that was bothering me is completely gone. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a skilled and effective massage therapist. I will be back for another session with Sophie.

Had a fantastic sports massage with Bella. She really understood the tension caused by long hours of driving and sitting for work. Professional, knowledgeable, and effective. Bella’s massages are always unique to you. Focusing on the area in need. Not what I call a paint by numbers approach. Bella also brings a holistic element to her sports massage, which I find helps regulate my breathing for an even better massage. Helping release deep seated tension. Great space which is calming too. I felt immediate relief and better mobility. Highly recommend! Had the best nights sleep in months too!

I have been going to Amanda for a while now, after having knee surgery she has really helped with my ongoing pain, and she will adapt her massages to wherever you feel you need. But I really do enjoy the hot stone massages, very relaxing and you feel thoroughly relieved of any tension, stress and tightness. 100% would recommend her professional and lovely nature

Had lymphatic drainage massage and wood therapy today which was absolutely amazing, never had anything like it before and wanted a bit of me time.
