What a difference a massage can make! Ive been struggling to sleep due to pain in my neck and shoulders, but since my massage last week I’ve slept so well. Jayne always knows exactly the points to work on and does an amazing job at reducing my tightness/knots. I’ve had massages at other places in the past but they are never personalised to what you need. I’ll be making this a regular, thank you Jayne 😊

Before I had my massage 3 day ago my back hurt just to stand up. I told Inga my aces and pains and she concentrated on my worst parts. Immediately afterwards I felt amazing!!! Hardly any pain in my back and my legs felt so much better!!! An 3 days later I'm still feeling pretty great 👏🏻 I suffer from chronic pain and this lady helps me so much. If you are ever considering massage then Mainka Beauty Holistics and Nails by Inga is the place to go! Highly recommended 💪🏻👏🏻🥰
