I had a lovely massage today. Hot stones was new for me and it felt great. Attention to detail and care for me while I was there was brilliant - thank you! The little touches like sweets and water meant a lot. I can already feel a difference so will definitely be back!

Had a 1hr Caci facial with Holly today. I really didn’t know what to expect. Have to say it was one of the best treatments I have ever had. It was so relaxing but at the same time it felt as though it was working. Really pleased and have re-booked. Thank you Holly.

Lovely and friendly was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. She explained what she was doing and why. Felt the benefit straight away and this continued to improve over the next couple of days. Would recommend to anyone with problems with mobility and stiffness.

I had a really sore neck for a week after 1 session I came out feeling alot better and pain free.

What a great relief indeed after suffering from tension and pains in my back and shoulders. Jess is extremely professional and really knows her knowledge to help and support you. I’d highly recommend. Can’t thank you enough.
