Garry is Level 3 qualified Sports Massage therapist, he is also a fullt-ime Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach and competitor. From his career in sports and coaching he fully understands the problems caused by strenuous activity and repetitive movements of everyday life that can lead to muscle dysfunction. This dysfunction could then lead to injury. His goal is finding the root cause of this dysfunction, treating it with sports massage techniques to get you back to your sport or everyday activities with improved muscle function.
