Always a great experience at Aroma. The atmosphere is so cozy, inviting. Usually quiet even if it's busy which I love, the staff are great and I usually come for Mani Pedi and foot massage but looking forward to try more services . This was my first visit at Aroma Day Spa and I was very impressed. I booked a foot reflexology massage and a prenatal massage. I was extremely impressed with the open, relaxing feel when I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and immediately taken to my private room. I was offered hot tea and fruit, which was such a nice touch. The foot massage and prenatal massage were out of this world - so relaxing!! They used hot towels for both and my goodness I was in heaven. I was offered a robe at the end of my second treatment, which would have been better if I was given it at the beginning :)

The atmosphere is wonderful. Very quiet, extremely clean, and very presentable. It gives that ahhh, feeling of Zen. The facial service and massage have my double thumbs up for great etiquette, politeness, and understanding of superb customer service. The perfect place to go to after work, or just need to be there. p.s. They have extra slippers for you as you walk in, that way the floor does not get filthy, on their always nicely clean floors(wink)

I booked a haircut with Alex. He is so kind, patient, and gentle. I have a really sensitive scalp and I felt like I was going to fall asleep the whole time because I felt so relaxed. I was able to show Alex the haircut I wanted and he did exactly what I wanted. Alex also showed me how to blow dry my hair so that I could do it at home. Overall, the whole staff is wonderful and I am so happy with the haircut and service I received from Alex and the team! Thank you so much!

Alex and the Colorist were fantastic. I rarely get what I ask for as I am quite particular but Alex took his time, was a perfectionist and treated my hair so well. Worth the drive from Toronto , thank you.

This time was my 2nd visit to MK Beauty Centre for a deep tissue massage. It was one of the best massage experiences I have had. A bit sore the day after, but that's to be expected. I really feel great now and relaxed and my back muscle soreness is almost all gone. I will be be back there soon again.

Incredible experience at Beautitude with Ian. The clinic is immaculate. Had dermaplaning done today. Left with my skin looking like glass. It was a very lovely and relaxing treatment and I am delighted with my results. I would highly recommend this clinic and will 💯 be back.

I didn’t know what to expect since it was first time at the salon, but all I know is that I will be back. I was so impressed with Sophia from start to finish. Beginning with a head massage, then washing my hair and additional massage to cutting and styling my hair to perfection.

Great experience. Wasn’t happy with my existing cut from another salon so I wanted someone to keep the length but remove the bulk and give it more shape. Sophia did a great job and her head massage was AMAZING!

Came in for a colour. I booked it on line and it was simple I had Cass to talk with me about my hair and my colour pick. It turned out great. I was so relaxed. I would only change my colour thickness. So it more noticeable the next time around. It noticeable more in the red in some spot but over it’s great.
