10/10. That is how I would rate my experience. I had the Proud to be Bajan special which included a body scrub, a warm stone massage, facial cleanse and soak. My therapist Akayla(I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and i was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. Reflections spa was just what the doctor ordered :). Thanks again. I definitely will be making this a more regular habit.

I had warm bamboo massage which was nice. The beverage was a nice touch and the customer service was excellent. I would have liked if there was relaxing sound during the massage. Additionally, a diffuser with an essential oil would have elevated the experience.

The added services were great, having a massage and hot towel afterwards was a service I didn't know I needed.

The best massage I ever had. Karla is very thorough and not to mention hot stones to top it off. I am so in heaven. Will be booking my next one very soon especially the line of work I am in. She expressed to me how amazing it felt, so warm and refreshing. It definitely created a longlasting effect on her. Shereena was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. I officially have a masseuse! Simone was AHHHHMAZING!!!!! The entire service (from booking through to the massage) was exceptional! I am definately returning again, especially for that "move" that melted my stress and pain away from my lower back!!

Was good overall but Andrea isn't a great massager. She didn't always let me know what would happen next. She started to massage my head without saying anything. When she prepared the shower and left the room, I wasn't certain if I was to go in at that point. After a few mins she came back in with a robe and slippers so I could walk to the shower. Basic communication is essential. It's not being chatty, it's simply essential to the comfort of the client to know what step in the procedure will be next and what they need to do/don't do. I'll be back tho and Nakita has been highly recommended.

It was wonderful and relaxing and I would recommend their services to one and all. It's so hard to find a service that has the full package. The ladies understands customer service and the Swedish massage was divine I felt like I had an out of body experience, I then proceeded to get a pedicure and my feet wanted to stay there, it was that good and lastly I topped it off with a manicure and that just done it up. I was so please and happy with everything. Thank you I will be back

I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming.
