Joy Ann was excellent in her communication and punctuality with the booking on line. She was very professional and gave me an excellent full body massage. She is very conscientious about your well being and making sure you receive the best outcome of her therapeutic massage techniques and delivery. Outside of the aromatic oils and ambience being pleasing to my senses, my masseuse was top tier! I felt so revived after not only the massage but the stretching of my arms, hands, fingers, feet and toes. I was so happy at one point I started to smile during my session because I felt like the pressure and weight had been lifted off of my body. My masseuse is definitely gifted and I would 100% recommend to anyone else.

I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. I officially have a masseuse! Simone was AHHHHMAZING!!!!! The entire service (from booking through to the massage) was exceptional! I am definately returning again, especially for that "move" that melted my stress and pain away from my lower back!!

Was good overall but Andrea isn't a great massager. She didn't always let me know what would happen next. She started to massage my head without saying anything. When she prepared the shower and left the room, I wasn't certain if I was to go in at that point. After a few mins she came back in with a robe and slippers so I could walk to the shower. Basic communication is essential. It's not being chatty, it's simply essential to the comfort of the client to know what step in the procedure will be next and what they need to do/don't do. I'll be back tho and Nakita has been highly recommended.

It was wonderful and relaxing and I would recommend their services to one and all. It's so hard to find a service that has the full package. The ladies understands customer service and the Swedish massage was divine I felt like I had an out of body experience, I then proceeded to get a pedicure and my feet wanted to stay there, it was that good and lastly I topped it off with a manicure and that just done it up.
