Best massage in Canberra. It’s clear Aleksei has has great knowledge of the MSK system from his technical courses and years of semi-professional sport. I would recommend Nordic Massage to anyone suffering pain and discomfort.

Amazingly good! A truly indulgent experience. Scalp massage with hot oil ( divine , hair wash , facial and blow dry . My therapist, Hong, had lovely strong hands and was a wizard of relaxation. I left feeling rejuvenated and de-stressed I would definitely recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience at the spa today! I went in for a full body massage, and it was absolutely relaxing from start to finish. The massage therapist was incredibly professional, skilled, and attentive, every movement felt perfectly balanced and soothing. I could feel the tension just melt away. I came with a gift voucher from my boyfriend (best present ever!) and it truly turned into an unforgettable experience. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and completely recharged. I’d describe today’s “Zen” Spa experience with my Scalp Spa Expert, Hong, was nothing short of heavenly!. The scalp, face & decollete massage was delicious and delightful. The treatment cleared my mind and seemed to provide more clarity! I’m honestly scared I’ll become addicted to this particular experience as it’s about the best beauty treatments I’ve had. Highly recommend. A must try!

Relaxing from the minute I walked in. Had a wonderful body scrub, spa, massage and paraffin treatment. The tea and snacks were delicious. Exactly what I needed after a really busy week. My back and shoulders feel wonderful, they've been sore for days so really nice to wake up the next day without pain.

I haven't felt so relaxed in a very long time - the location is so beautiful and relaxing inside, it was like having a weight lifted off my shoulders as soon as I stepped in the door. The massage itself (a hot stone, part of the Chill to Thrill package) was wonderful, I can't say enough good things! I will definitely be back!

Received a gift voucher and booked the Éblouissant (Dazzling) experience with Lynn. It was absolutely amazing , exfoliation then a fantastic shower followed by probably the best massage I have ever had. The whole experience from start to finish was just wonderful and relaxing with a ginger tea after was divine. I would highly recommend this day spa. Thank you Lyna ( and the La Terra team).

fantastic, I went in with pain and came out with no pain and my mobility back. Aleksi used dry needling on my muscles then firm massage to alleviate the pain to which I had no adverse effects
