I Always refer my friends here! Been seeing Jeong and his assistant for years. I always leave with beautiful hair. He knows exactly what hair cut I want and I have done toning and bleaching with him as well. Always looks amazing. He is so good at getting the color right and I never have brassy yellow or orange hair. He cares for hair to be healthy and will not do something to it if it will cause too much hair damage. Truly hair professionals.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon!! From the second you walk in you’re treated like family and made to feel so comfortable. I got my hair cut and colored by Ena and she was AMAZING!! She was so kind and thoughtful when doing my hair checking in with me along the way making sure I was good! I wasn’t totally sure the color I wanted and Ena worked with me to find the PERFECT natural look while still making sure It was noticeable! Silvana also helped with coloring and washing my hair, she was so kind and comforting along the way! Amazing experience I can’t wait to go back!

Giulia knocked it out of the park! She took my dry, damaged, long hair and make it look healthy, chic, and modern. She did an excellent job communicating with me as to what she was going to do, how much she was going to cut, etc. which I definitely appreciated since I wanted to remain as much length as possible. I found my new salon!

Ena is an artist! She really took her time with my hair which I appreciate. I had red hair from another salon prior and she helped me highlight and lighten my hair without damaging it. Will be going back!

Giulia is an absolute hair goddess. She knows what colors & cuts will look gorgeous on those who visit her salon, & is so focused on making sure the person in her chair has the best experience & end result possible. Everyone at the salon was very nice and welcoming. I was even offered a coffee when I arrived! Hairdresser Sandra was very knowledgeable and gave me a beautiful curly haircut. The hair washing experience was also amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Giulia, is a stylist that cares, listens and executes. As a new first time clien, she made me feel so welcomed, comfortable and at home especially in the neighboorhood. Her salon is small and intimate which I love, she is very transparent, compassionate, patient and understanding. Moving forward, she will be my permanent ♾ hairstylist. Giulia is amazing! I've been going to her for over a year and she has done truly amazing work with my hair. I had black hair and she was able to lighten my hair color without damaging it. She is very professional, caring and listens to her clients. The salon is very clean and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend giving her a try! I was so unhappy with my last salon-my hair turned black. I was searching for someone to help me for a few months. I finally found Giulia. Giulia was beyond amazing-so talented and experienced. Giulia spent all day working on my hair. My hair looks Amazing. Loving the hair color ( 1st time getting a Balayage-love it). The Cut is Beautiful (which was a mess when I walked in). I had a wonderful experience at Decode salon. It is a very relaxing, spa-like environment with comfortable chairs. The staff is amazing! They are the most skilled and talented at their craft. They care about your wants and needs while giving you their professional recommendations to further enhance your look.
