I have been coming to see Bri since I moved to Jersey in May and I have 0 regrets!! She gives the best blowouts and recently she recommended a glaze to me. Before deciding, she educated my on the different types of glazes, tones, the benefits, & upkeep. Let me tell you… BEST DECISION EVER. It gave me the effects of a deep conditioner while making my hair look so much shinier and healthier. The best part is, it’s not nearly as expensive as hair dye. Excellent! We arrived when they were closing, but they still accommodated us and the hair dresser did a fabulous job! Furthermore, their charges aren't as high as one might find at most salons and the service was worth every penny! I have certainly been converted into a regular!

The only salon that can actually do my 3C course hair and get it to be pin straight and super soft. I recommend Birtha for blowouts. Shauna balayaged my hair and was able to make my curls even more healthier than they were before! Always get compliments!

Anthony always provides a five-star service to his customers. I have been bringing my son to him for a haircut for many years, and recently have finally converted myself. Great haircut, nice wash, and the gel styling to put the icing on the cake. The salon is exceptionally clean, they follow strict covid safety protocol that includes the temperature check, and the prices are reasonable.

My hair stylist was Erwin and I have to say in the two years that I have lived in Jersey City I wish I had gotten a hair cut with him sooner. He’s a hair stylist with amazing skills who understands the type of cut you’re looking for and he absolutely nails it. It was fun talking to him too. I would recommend him 100%

Ive gotten haircuts at V&C before, going back to 2019. They never disappoint, service is quick and done great! I come a bit earlier than my appointment and if my stylist available, they will take me in right away! All stylists listened to my requests and suggested styles that would fit my face shape or whatever is better for my hair. Would revisit again and again ;)

I went in for a haircut, my appointment was at 6pm but I came in a bit earlier and I was accommodated right there and then! My stylist was ROBERTO, he is great! He gave me a head massage when washing my hair and asked me what haircut I had in mind, I showed him the inspo and he got it spot on! Before cutting my bangs, he made sure I was comfortable with the length and style!! Would return to V&C to get my hair done again :)

My girl, Maria was THE sweetest! I’ve never gone to a salon to have my hair done before and she gave me such a great experience. She was warm from the start and gave me advice on my hair. She listened to me and made me feel heard! I brushed my hair out a bit more when I got home, as I wanted a more relaxed look and it was perfect! Two days later, and my hair still looks event ready. Overall, she was just amazing and for her personality, I’d go back. Thank you!
