Couldn’t ask for better service, Michelle stayed back after work hours to colour and cut my hair, also managed to fit me in after such short notice for my extension preparation. Michelle had started work early in the morning and finished at almost 9pm but made me feel welcome and comfortable the whole time despise working such long hours. Not only that my hair turned out incredible!! Couldn’t ask for a better salon experience overall! thank you so much for putting clients before personal needs and for doing an amazing job ❤️

Katie is absolutely fantastic! My daughter hates having her hair brushed/washed due to sensory needs but Katie put her at ease, and she even enjoyed herself! Jemma was fantastic about explaining how I should care for my skin and explaining the best treatments that I should explore. She didn't try to push expensive treatments the way other salons have. She made the whole experience very relaxing and comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend Jemma to my friends and family, in fact, I already have.
