I have been a customer for just over a year now. I always recommend them because they care. Prime example: Today was my regular brow shape & tint appt. I inherited dads brows; almost white, coarse as horsehair & hard to dye in one try. I walk in and Charlotte is excited. She has been researching dye products for coarse brows specifically with me in mind and has bought a new dye for us to try. I've been getting my brows done for years and no salon has done this despite my loyal custom. For me it speaks volumes. It also worked great 1st time!! Customer 4 life here. Highly recommend.

Lovely welcoming salon. Mel cut both mine and my daughter’s hair and we loved it! She took time to listen to what we wanted and delivered perfectly. Very relaxing and we will be back!

I discovered the salon about 7 years ago. I came from Brazil and was looking for a hairdresser to do my blonde hair with confidence. I still remember the first time I walked through the doors and Simon was there, and I felt so welcome in that place. After so long, I still get my hair done, but today, in their new space, every time I go, I always feel very welcome. They already know my hair, they know exactly what looks best on me, and there's nothing better than being in a place where you feel loved.

Oh my goodness, I’ve been to JD Salons for years, and I can’t recommend them enough! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and the store is always filled with a real buzz. It’s my go-to place for my regular hair cut, and I wouldn’t change for anything in the world.
