The best PT around. Honestly Brad make you feel so comfortable and confident without a gym. He pushes you to your limit knowing you can achieve them. I’ve had few PTs in the best, Brad is the best one by far. His commitment to his clients and so great, also going the extra mile to help us achieve a goals.

I would highly recommend Karrie. She has great attention to detail and made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the off. The massage was amazing and I came out feeling relaxed and like my whole body had let go. I have tried several other places and Karrie is great value, great service and great treatment.

I have know Brad for some time now but from the first time I met him I felt at ease and comfortable to be able to chat with him he works you hard to get results money well spent if your serious about training. Brad also keeps in contact with you to see how your doing he don’t just pt then forget about you till your next pt he will be checking in on you. He has a wealth of knowledge around training in and out of the gym and nutrition I highly recommend Brad to anyone I wouldn’t train with anyone else.

Karrie is a great therapist. She is knowledgeable, very skilled at what she does and her dedication and commitment to each client means that she makes a real difference.

Had a really good first session with Brad at Inspire this morning! He even helped me out with a little bit of rehab stretching for my lower back pain at the end! Thanks Brad see you soon!

I have been using Mindful moments for a range of treatments for 8-10 months. Karrie is very knowledgeable & professional and I always leave feeling she has made a massive improvement to my pain & issues. I cannot recommend enough!

Really great scenar therapy and cupping, would definitely recommend.
