I have been a customer for just over a year now. I always recommend them because they care. Prime example: Today was my regular brow shape & tint appt. I inherited dads brows; almost white, coarse as horsehair & hard to dye in one try. I walk in and Charlotte is excited. She has been researching dye products for coarse brows specifically with me in mind and has bought a new dye for us to try. I've been getting my brows done for years and no salon has done this despite my loyal custom. For me it speaks volumes. It also worked great 1st time!! Customer 4 life here. Highly recommend.

Outstanding!! I was so nervous, having waited a whole year to try find a new salon to have my hair done. From the second I stepped into the salon, I was treated like I'd been going there for years. Such a friendly and family like atmosphere, calm and relaxed. My hair looks amazing and I'm already booked in again. Thank you to you all for making me (and my autistic daughter stealing the sweets) feel so welcome xxx p.s. the shared mince pies and christmas nibbles were perfect too! See you in the new year :)

Lovely hairdresser, nice family run salon. I went for a honey blonde ish balayage and fringe trim, I wouldn't say the balayage turned out the colour I wanted and it's pretty pink on the ends (apparently this is from the toner), it's more of an ombre as the colour wasn't really taken up to the root either. Regardless, for the price of the salon I'm happy with it, and now rocking my slightly pink hair! Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back.

I reached out to the Barnet Lodge for a new salon local to me. From my very first contact the service has been superb. I asked to go on a wait list for a certain day, they went above and beyond and came in early to fit me in! I have since had multiple appointments, colour, cut, wash and blow drys all by Abbie which have been fabulous. She is such a perfectionist and I love how she styles my hair. I have recommended two friend who have also had the same excellent experience and love the Salon. Everything about the Salon from the decor to the seasonal coffee cups is absolutely on point! 🧡

I love my visits to see Ella & Millie at The Hair Retreat. They are both so welcoming & friendly and listen to what you have in mind. They give the best advice and options/alternatives in a professional & polite manner. I have always had short hair but with their guidance & encouragement, my hair is the longest it’s ever been and is at its healthiest. I’ve never left their salon unhappy with any aspect of my hair and the colour is perfect every time. They also make the best Merry Munch & drinks x

Went on the off chance to find a salon that could fit me in for a wash cut and blowdry with a treatment caylee was very helpful and fitted me in between her clients I was very impressed at her willing to help from when I walked in to when I left I felt as if she would do anything to help me my hair feels wonderful now after having 2 inches taken off and she asked about my hair history so to say the least I have now booked in for my next appointment thank you so so much caylee see you soon Mrs ferriday

I had such a lovely experience at the salon with Lucy! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Lucy is an absolute gem—so friendly, professional, and full of expertise. Pete is your perfect hairdresser, he listens to your needs and gives brilliant recommendations whilst making you feel welcome and looked after with lovely touches and his sparkling wit.
