I am extremely happy with the service provided. These are very experienced stylists who know exactly what they are doing. My hair was in dire condition. I opted for a fresh colour and Olaplex treatment. My hair is exactly how I wanted it, even better. I also note that the salon uses quality products. In many salons they will tell you they are using Olaplex treatment, but they will use a similar product of a different brand. All products here are salon products. Blow dry excellent also. Perfectly straight as I wanted. Pleasant people working in the salon. I will return.

Every time I visit Andrew Jose salon is special and different, because my stylist, Natasa always seems to find new ways to improve even more on what she does with my hair! In her "safe pair of hands", as the saying goes...I would trust her with my life, so certainly with my barnet! (Cockney rhyming slang for those who don't know. Barnet Fair, hair ;-)) Thank you so much for doing a fantastic job yet again, and for being the best salon anywhere! :-)

Lovely clean salon. Finished to a very high standard. Great music playing. facilities for recharging your devices means you can work whilst having your hair done. They provided hair in a range of colours and a range of refreshments on site. Elizabeth and Bomo were excellent. Neat and meticulous. Love my hair. Worth the fee. I will be back

Can't rate this salon highly enough. Lovely staff, great attention to detail, and good quality hair! Nico’s technique for applying my hair extensions is the best for example - on my most recent fitting I didn't have a single piece come out (it's normal to lose several per fitting). People are always shocked when they comment on my lovely hair :)! I highly recommend Nick! I have know him for so many years and he still the best !

Mateusz is a magician! Came in with a patchy half-head balayage done in another salon, not expecting that it could be changed very much - he has completely transformed the colour and greatly improved the condition of my over-processed hair! Throughout the lengthy appointment Mateusz was very attentive, constantly checking how the hair colour is lifting (unlike other hairdressers who often disappear for 40mins leaving you with bleach on) and mixing toners to achieve a perfect tone. So incredibly happy with the result and the whole experience, never going anywhere else!!

Jade is incredibly talented and the only person I let bleach my hair now. In the pasr i havs been to many othwr salons ans have had lots of bad experiences. Always a pleasure sitting in Jonathan’s chair. He listens to your hair needs and executes with precision, and cuts with precision. He is an expert in all things “blow dry” (little known fact he was the UKs blow dry champion for several years running) and will send you out of the salon with the extra swish and bounce in your hair. The salon is actually a serene room in a house , with all the facilities and Chris is an excellent hairdresser also honest as it was a new product he was applying for a Keratin smoothing treatment. It took a bit longer but the results always really show after the first wash , and my hair is not just straightened but health looking with its naturals waves and no Frizz 🙏🏼
