Katie is an absolute hair genius. From my initial consultation she was warm, professional but most importantly - she understood EXACTLY what I was trying to achieve. Throughout the experience she was calm with a great communication style talking me through each stage but most importantly - she got me to that ice blonde colour that I have been trying to achieve for (no word of a lie) 4 years! I thought it just wasn’t possible with my hair type but finally I’ve walked away from a salon experience beyond happy with the outcome. Can’t thank Katie enough and all the help from Ava too. AMAZING!

Sam has given me the best haircut I’ve ever had. He was really professional, knew exactly what I wanted and I left the salon feeling amazing. I will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Jane (my brow technician) for introducing me to the salon. Also thank you to the lovely young lady who washed my hair and gave me a fantastic head massage! All in all a fab experience.

Nicola was great at colouring my hair but the blast dry experience was rushed and no where near as attentive as per my previous visits, shame think it was a new intern that maybe hadn’t had the usual training standards. Love my colour though, thanks

I am so happy with my hair and feel like it’s the best its ever looked. These lovely ladies are perfectionists and super thorough to make sure everything is perfect. The salon is lovely and very friendly and comfortable. I have had extensions ever since I can remember and I have tried every type on the market. The cold fusion is definitely my fave x

Saw Paige today. She is so talented at was she does. I got new hair today, she gets excited with you and makes you look incredible. Can’t thank her enough. In addition she makes me and my daughter feel so welcome, it’s the whole experience while we are there. I would never get me hair done anywhere else. I’ve been to so many salons and nothing comes close to the quality of service and end result you get. Paige is an absolute credit to Lisa. Thank you ladies as always.

I had a great experience with a curly hair cut with Olivia. I haven’t been to a hairdressing salon in years as I have always been made to feel awkward with curly hair and never enjoyed the experience. I really enjoyed it this morning and learnt loads. The salon is stylish and professional and I will definitely be going back.

Such a lovely vibe at this salon and the relaxing spa hair wash and massage is the best I’ve had! Heather did a fantastic job with my colours too and I am so happy with it! The drinks menu is such a fab touch too!

Very professional staff. I always feel like I'm in a London salon except much bigger! All staff so polite and nice. It's an appointment I look forward to every 5 weeks! Been coming to you guys for 22 years. Both my children had their 'first' haircuts here, they are now 19 and 21. I've tried other salons along the way (after I moved) but I always come back as no-one does it better. Keep doing what you're doing, I don't know what I'd do without you x

Love my haircut and the salon experience. Spencer was well mannered and attentive . He listened to what I wanted and gave me some good advice . On a negative note , he did not make conversation with me and I noticed that all of the other stylists were chatting with their clients . I was okay with this as I had a busy and social day ahead but for some ladies of an older age , a salon visit may be a bigger social part of their weekend. The haircut and wash scores a big 10/10 .and I will definitely be a returning customer to Spencer . Thank you
