Sam has given me the best haircut I’ve ever had. He was really professional, knew exactly what I wanted and I left the salon feeling amazing. I will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Jane (my brow technician) for introducing me to the salon. Also thank you to the lovely young lady who washed my hair and gave me a fantastic head massage! All in all a fab experience.

This was my 3rd visit. Looked after very well. From walking in to paying for my amazing hair cut. Had a great relaxing hair wash then Lily worked her magic. Obviously have booked my next appointment already. The salon is bright and friendly, love the attention to detail, for example the way the drinks are presented and the massage chair while having my hair washed, lily is very knowledgeable and creative .

Nicola has always done an amazing job on my hair, I have followed her to Kennadys and I was really impressed with the salon, everyone was so friendly the services are incredible and it’s a lovely place.

First visit today, been box dying my hair for many years and fancied switching up my colour. Katie did a fabulous job of lifting my hair, colour perfect and subtle ash blonde balayage. I was there a good few hours and made to feel very welcome with tea. Katie explained each step of what she was doing. Lovely salon with lovely staff too. Highly recommend 💗

A brilliant experience as always. What a delightful treat as you enter to be greeted by ‘ hi Mary’ by really professional and courteous staff. A definite amazing experience to have your hair done by Maddie, professional, experienced and the whole vibe of knowing that you’re in good hands, amazing. Also a real shout out to the lady who assisted with my gown, what a gem in any salon and to the young girl who took me through to the spa, so lovely and professional, wonderful customer service skills.High five to Kennady’s for their high calibre of Staff. Sophie was really accommodating when I arrived slightly later than my booked time, thank you! Then Katie was so helpful and friendly during the consultation. She listened to what I wanted to achieve, and then advised me in the best way to get the best outcome! This was my first time at the salon, and I'm really excited to get my hair done by Katie on the 23rd! 😊

First visit to the salon today, I was greeted by Sophie at reception and was looked after by Sam! Great experience all round; super happy with my new hair - can’t wait to go back!

Lauren is amazing and cuts and highlights my hair beautifully and professionally. My hair wash wasn't up to usual standard. The water sprayed all over my face and the water temperature was cold (I wasn't asked if it was ok). Also it was freezing in the hair spa washing area as if the air conditioning was on which wasn't ideal on a December day. Will definitely be back though as it's definitely the best salon in Essex.

Had the loveliest appointment today, first time colour with Maddie who coloured my hair beautifully - I will be back ! Then owing to my hairdresser being unwell I was treated to a cut with Ken who was training and he was so informative and I bounced out of the salon feeling like the years had been rolled back for me. All the staff are lovely , and the salon offers sometime to get away and relax ..thank you to the team 🥰
