After 3 years of bad experiences with Salon's, I put all my trust into Jade & teams hands and they did not disappoint! Jade & the team are my xmas miracle and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with smiles and felt so welcomed by the team, got my little platter of nibbles and an offer of champagne... Overall a fantastic experience. First time at the salon. Was greeted by name with a smile when I walked in which was lovely. I was fortunate to have Sam take care of me and I am loving the colour and the feel of my hair - very shiny rich colour which I asked for and she delivered. The salon has a very calm and easy vibe with all of the staff working super well together. Sam suggested styling options for future visits and I will definitely be back.

I've been looking for a go to hairdresser for the longest time! Ive been jumping from one to another. Lo and behold,Equal Image Salon ticked all the boxes. Service was great! Jade was awesome and was able to execute what I wanted (and even more!) Bella did a fantastic job as well. Time flew so fast that I didn't notice that 8 hrs was over. See you on my next appointment :)

The high quality products, exceptional customer service, and sincere warmth from the girls is beyond refreshing. They play great music, have great convos and it always feels like family. The best hairdresser and salon in the mountains.

Haley is wonderful it was my 1st time going to her. I was a little nervous having thick curly hair and having lots of let downs with other salons BUT Haley was AMAZING she understood exactly what I was wanting and took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve. I will definitely be returning and I will continue to always allow her to work her magic
