In a conversation with my hairstylist, Emma, I acknowledged that my ideal hairstyle isn't currently attainable. Emma detailed the process, and we collectively decided that a comprehensive wash, blow dry, and haircut would be a more sensible option than incorporating additional unwanted colour. By doing so, I'll be able to grow out my existing hair color, ultimately achieving the desired appearance.

The team are absolutely amazing! They’re always so accommodating, even when I book at the last minute. I’ve been gradually lightening my hair, and I really appreciate how much they care about protecting it from damage. Their advice on aftercare and maintaining my hair between salon visits has been so helpful. Each team member is incredible in every way—from being colour experts to hair-cutting magicians, and not to mention those heavenly head massages that make you melt right out of the chair while getting your hair washed. This is by far my favourite hair salon. Well done team!

Had the best experience with the team at Equal Image! I came in with years of black box dye and walked out with the most stunning balayage—better than I could’ve imagined. The team guided me through every step of the process, constantly checking in to make sure I was happy with the progress. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and so friendly. On top of that, they provided nibbles, champagne, and tea and coffee throughout—such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel extra special. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you team!

My son was so scared of haircuts and Chris from HWA has been so gentle and kind to him, he now looks forward to his haircut 💖

My girls (aged 6 and 9) had their very curly hair washed and cut by Jasmin and Kaitlyn and they left the salon feeling like a million dollars. All staff were very kind and accomodating and treated my girls like royalty, with hot chocolate and popcorn to sip and eat whilst getting their haircut. Along with being spoilt, Jasmin and Kaitlyn listened to what they needed, were gentle and took a lot of care in the process. The girls hair turned out beautifully. Thank you for not just the haircut but the experience, it was very much appreciated!

Great to be back with Chelsea. Over 18 months we took my hair from dyed to natural grey. The project was executed without a hiccough and, to this day, we’re both thrilled with the result. And Chelsea is delightful and understands her clients to a T. Highly recommended.
