Imaan-Jade is amazing! From start to finish, everything was effortless. She’s punctual, professional, and sends clear directions and prep tips before your appointment. She even provides a detailed digital aftercare guide, which is so helpful. Her workspace is comfortable, tidy, and well set up, and she uses high-quality products. My lashes and brows have lasted beautifully for weeks. Communication is easy and open, and she makes the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Honestly, it was such a seamless and lovely experience. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Lailah is so easy to talk to! She radiates warmth and held a good conversation the whole way through. And as a first time visitor i was worried about keeping the conversation going. She was friendly and fun and it felt like i was catching up with an old friend. The lashes are absolutely stunning. Its the perfect amount of fluffy and length and i walked out so so so happy. Tracy is beyond great in her offering superb facial treatment, and how to improve your look when feeling worked-out, and a bit tired.
