I absolutely love Amber. I have been going to her for years. I live on the Southside of Chicago and drive 40 minutes just for her. Her studio is decorated beautifully but most of all Amber is just so special. She always greets me with a smile. We share life stories every visit and it helps distract me from the pain of waxing. Waxing is painful but Amber's technique makes it quick and a lot less painful than my other experiences. I simply love my Amber and I think all of her customers feel the same way.

Angie was so nice! It was my first doing a lash/brow tint. I was a little nervous about my lashes since I always hear about irritation, but she was very gentle with in and kept checking in if anything was wrong. My eyebrows also look amazinggg! 💓 I'll definitely be booking with her again soon 😊

I get my lashes tinted as well as a lash lift and also my brows tinted. It took me a while to find a good place to get this done because I have very fine lashes and color just doesn’t adhere. I really have been so happy with my experience here.

New to lash extensions and went for the first time 2 weeks ago for a soft volume set. Syrie was lovely. Went today for my mini fill and Syrie again, was great to be around. She made me feel comfortable and has a calming nature about her. She did great on my lashes and I love them. I’ll be back in 3 weeks!

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well. I definitely recommend Karina and will continue going back to her for all my hair needs :)

It's worth the drive for myself from Chicago to continue going to Bellaviva because the quality and service, I have always had a difficult time finding, is easily recognized and present. I booked an appt for powder brows after a year of thinking about it as it's a big decision. Another brow artist who is no longer in the business sent me Natalia's information because she liked her work. After reviewing her work, I made an appt with Natalia. Natalia put me at ease right away and addressed my concerns and answered my questions. I wanted brows that looked natural. She did exactly what I requested. She did a beautiful job and I'm so happy I chose her to do my eyebrows. I would recommend her to anyone thinking about getting powder brows. She does beautiful work.

Danielle is the BEST. She is fast working, yet very precise with lash extensions. The lashes she used are super light weight and don't irritate the eyes. Never going anywhere else, for sure!
