This was a lovely professional calming experience who knew you could be so relaxed, when getting a lash lift, it was lovely and worth the money I pay iam happy with the results and thats why I use the butterfly rooms, Victoria is very good at what she does and I would advise anyone to get a lash lift if they cant wear eyelash extensions for whatever reason. It doesnt pull out your lashes either.however the chemicals that are used ate very strong and do the job.

Had my first ever lash lift & tint with Toni and it look amazing, I don’t need to wear mascara but when I do they are even better ! 100% recommend especially if you are unsure about lash extensions. Also had gel nails on both my hands and feet which usually last me up to 4+ weeks. I absolutely love the new colour choices as well perfect for spring !!!

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area. I’ve been a client of Becky’s for probably 5 years now, and have had my eyebrows tattooed for the last 2 years. Highly recommend her. Professional, clinical environment with high standards of infection control. I absolutely love my new brows which were so ready to be done but was delayed with covid. Very comfortable procedure and she is so thorough, always checking you are happy with the results during treatment and after. Thank you again. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for my brow treatments.

Leah is amazing! She has taken the time to create the perfect mixture of tints to match my hair colour to make my eyebrows look natural but still give me a confidence boost.
