This was a lovely professional calming experience who knew you could be so relaxed, when getting a lash lift, it was lovely and worth the money I pay iam happy with the results and thats why I use the butterfly rooms, Victoria is very good at what she does and I would advise anyone to get a lash lift if they cant wear eyelash extensions for whatever reason. It doesnt pull out your lashes either.however the chemicals that are used ate very strong and do the job.

Had my first ever lash lift & tint with Toni and it look amazing, I don’t need to wear mascara but when I do they are even better ! 100% recommend especially if you are unsure about lash extensions. Also had gel nails on both my hands and feet which usually last me up to 4+ weeks. I absolutely love the new colour choices as well perfect for spring !!!

Becky was amazing from start to finish during my wedding prep appointments which were nearly a full day of a job! I feel like a new woman and had such a relaxing time filled with great chat and a super friendly atmosphere. Pedicure, manicure, waxing, dermaplaning, lashes and brows…all absolutely perfect. Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different!
