Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. I've been looking for someone who does Henna eyebrow threading and I finally found her. She is incredibly talented. My eyebrows look great every time I go there. I get lots of compliments. Plus, her customer service is amazing. The Studio is cute and clean. I highly recommend her.

I had an appointment with Lynn and I liked that she took her time with me and was compassionate. I will be going back again to be pampered. I did have a lash curl and I guess I had high expectations and my lashes were not enough to get a decent curl. Lynn did say it looked a bit different and mascara will show the curl. I went in with the thought that it would show a but more and would not require mascara. I'm sure she did her best and perhaps I'll have a different method next time. Otherwise she has done a wonderful job and took her time with me.

UMMM I never ever in my life had my eyebrows look this good I’m actually in shock. The nicest shape I’ve ever seen she took her time in really perfecting them down to the last little hair. I’m so beyond happy words can’t describe. My absolute go to I trust them with my life. After doing my eyebrows on my own for years and years, I’ve been converted to leave it up to the pros.
