Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. I love my lashes, love how they clean the lashes before they start, also ivyyy is great I love her love how fast she is and how the eyelashes turns out to be on point she also took care of my eyebrows and she laminated them for me for one day for free she’s great with clients!

I recently started going to Hillary for lash extensions, and I couldn't be happier with her work! I've only had two appointments so far, but I can already tell she truly loves what she does. The lashes lasted so long, and Hillary made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She explained each step of the process, which I really appreciated. And a special shoutout to her lash bed – it's comfier than my bed at home! Highly recommend Hillary for anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting lashes. She's amazing!

beautiful lashes but one of my eyes is very red and painful since yesterday from the glue. Also it took close to 3 hours for these lashes which is alittle too long. Other than that everything was good.

Ann is always great and super sweet. my lashes are always gorgeous 🫶 but when i said thank you to the two women at cash (assuming one was the manager) they both ignored me. even when i was paying there is never a thank you. if feels like a take my money and leave kind of thing.

I love how Briar does my eyebrows, full and natural! She’s the best esthetician I’ve ever had. She really listens to what you want.

Lena has been doing my lashes for a little over half a year now and it’s been a great experience! I’ve been able to test out a lot of different looks that I’ve never tried before and was able to pinpoint exactly what I wanted from each set.
