I just had my second facial with Kayla and I’m hooked. After a terrible first facial experience elsewhere, she completely changed my perspective on this type of service. I do the Let's Just Relax Facial and it's amazing. Products feel silky, her touch is so gentle and calming, and the face + hair massage are a 10/10. My skin also doesn’t break out after, and looks glowy and refreshed. Such a warm, bubbly personality and a truly welcoming environment, I have nothing but great things to say about her and the Vault!
