I recently had my eyebrows laminated and tinted, as well as a lash lift and tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating to my physical disability. Even though she normally doesn’t do house appointments, she went out of her way to come to me, which meant so much. She took her time, was very thorough, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Not only is her work amazing, but her warm and friendly personality made the whole experience so pleasant. Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. I had an appointment with Lynn and I liked that she took her time with me and was compassionate. I will be going back again to be pampered. I did have a lash curl and I guess I had high expectations and my lashes were not enough to get a decent curl. Lynn did say it looked a bit different and mascara will show the curl. I went in with the thought that it would show a but more and would not require mascara. I'm sure she did her best and perhaps I'll have a different method next time. Otherwise she has done a wonderful job and took her time with me.

UMMM I never ever in my life had my eyebrows look this good I’m actually in shock. The nicest shape I’ve ever seen she took her time in really perfecting them down to the last little hair. I’m so beyond happy words can’t describe. My absolute go to I trust them with my life. After doing my eyebrows on my own for years and years, I’ve been converted to leave it up to the pros.
