First time at La Perle and definitely not my last! The studio is lovely and bright and the staff is SO friendly. I came in and had been running late but they were so accommodating and made me feel so special. I wanted pink aura nails for my birthday and they did an absolutely stunning job! The best manicure I’ve ever gotten in my entire life! I am so grateful my friend referred me to this place I truly will not go anywhere else in a Ottawa but here now. 100/10 xx

Zoé is hands down the BEST lash tech I've ever had! She truly takes pride in her work. I’ve had both a Lift & Tint and multiple sets of Lash Extensions with her, and the results are always fantastic. On top of that, she is incredibly kind and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you leave feeling your best. I couldn't recommend her more!

This was my 5th visit to Flor for a lash lift and tint and my 1st signature facial. My skin feels amazing and obviously I love her lash work! She is so sweet, kind, gentle, and with great attention to detail. She ensures I'm comfortable, and explains every step taken. I have had two lash lifts and both looked beautiful! I was comfortable during the treatment and she was able to work with my stubborn straight lashes. I plan on continuing regular treatments here!

Kayla was great! I love my lashes, they had great retention considering I went down south in the heat and salt water. I just want to mention to anyone new to lashes that if you feel discomfort once your pads have been applied, you should ask to readjust them. I ended up having scratches and pain on my lower eyeballs for 2 days after. Nothing against Kayla though, I should have said something and I’m sure she would have been happy to readjust.
