I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

Natalia is my eyebrows girl and she is very good at tint, wax and shape . Very nice conversations and friendly. So if you need a stop after Coscto or Superstore and get them looking great .

Had my brow touch up yesterday with Alyssa. Again, I was so impressed with the warm welcoming and kind atmosphere that you feel when entering. Alyssa completed my brows with the precision of a surgeon - so gentle and precise. My brows look amazing and I highly recommend you get any permanent makeup done at this clinic. Lashes are always fabulous with Janita, not one lash damaged and I’ve been with her for a few years now. Amy gives you a pedicure that will leave you relaxed, best massages and beautiful shaping and polish. Eva, her incredible kind and talented heart, always knows what I like and I look forward to the coffees and specialty drinks every visit. The atmosphere is bar none and the employees are top notch. SKN Deep knows how to prioritize my self-care! I absolutely loved my lift + sculpt buccal facial massage. I have sensitive skin and had absolutely no irritation. My face looked more toned and I couldn't believe how much tension was released! I also got a lash lift + tint - I don't know why it took me this long to do it - it has saved me so much time in the mornings!! When I say I woke up like this, now I can really mean it!!
