Stell was amazing—friendly, communicative and accommodating, adjusting my treatments to be pregnancy safe. I explained my brows aren’t naturally level due to a slight facial droop, and for the first time they’ve looked genuinely symmetrical. I wish I’d found Mediluxe before my wedding! The whole experience was so relaxing, and Stell even closed the front doors during my facial so it was completely uninterrupted. I had the Brow Sculpt & Colour, Face Waxing and HydraGLOW Pigmentation Protocol Facial. Highly recommend! Only downside is you can hear the shopping centre outside.

It was my first time getting my brows treated, so I was quite trepidatious to say the least. Grace took the time to explain the different options that were available and I felt quite reassured that I would be well looked after. It was much appreciated. For the time and care she took for my brow/lash colour, I believe the treatment was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.

I had gotten a mega wispy lash set done and I am absolutely obsessed with them! They are so stunning and exactly what I asked for. The attention to detail was incredible, and you can tell so much care went into creating this perfect set. The service was amazing from start to finish.
