What an awesome experience! Not only is Erica 100% professional, explaining every step, risk and possibility - she is an absolutely beautiful person! I really enjoyed the whole experience and was surprised by how little it hurt! Erica was very gentle and I think knowing what to expect helped a lot! Excellent as always! Sonya always takes her time to carefully check that I am happy with the length of the my hair before cutting at various stages of my appointment. I went to other hairdressers in the last few years as I moved few suburbs away from Runcorn which were not only more expensive but also did a far worse job of cutting my very thick hair. She is a friendly person who provides quality services at very affordable prices. I will definitely be back!

Hedy is really great! I even fall a sleep when she is helping me to extend my eye lashes 😆 everything is so natural and I don’t think heavy for my eyes.

Ann did an amazing job! Love my new set of lashes - they really widen eyes and are so natural looking. Highly recommend!

Erica is extremely professional and thorough. She takes the time needed during the consultation to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with the outcomes before commencing. I had my lips tattooed in 2021 (they still look fantastic) and have now returned for my eyebrows. My eyebrows had been previously microbladed (elsewhere) and they had faded to a blue/grey colour. Erica was able to correct the colour and enhance the shape and I am extremely happy with the results.
