Excellent customer service - Shantelle was so polite, kind and accommodating when arranging the booking and Raychelle was lovely when doing my lashes. She did a great job with my lashes, very affordable and would definitely recommend!

Most amazing turn out after lashes and brows- and even though the results exceeded my already high expectations based off of current reviews, what really made the experience was the incredibly lovely technician. She was kind, easy to chat with and made the experience a 12/10. I can’t recommend her or her services enough. Best lashes in Brisbane, sweetest technician in Queensland!

Hedy is really great! I even fall a sleep when she is helping me to extend my eye lashes 😆 everything is so natural and I don’t think heavy for my eyes.

I had been seeing Shantelle for lashes on and off for about a year now, and was pleasantly surprised to hear she offered skincare services. I had never gotten a facial before and honestly my life is forever changed! I suffer from acne and some scarring and Shantelle is very knowledgeable in recommending products for long term healthy, clear skin. Honestly, catch me never going out on the weekends (not that we can go out atm) because I’d rather be getting facials! The glow is honestly addicting. Super happy with the condition of my skin so far, I can’t wait to see the long term results!!

Shantelle did my lashes for my trip to Japan and they came out BEAUTIFUL. She is so skilled and nailed everything down to the curl, weight, and fan. I have oily eyelids so lashes tend to fall out a little quicker on me. But believe me when I say that after nearly two weeks of travel, my lashes pretty much looked exactly how they did when I left! (I was also cleansing them twice daily). I wouldn’t trust anyone else for extensions and can honestly say I’ll never leave the country without getting my lashes done by Shantelle!! ✨

Had my trial day with Marie and she was fantastic. Listened to what I liked and what I didn’t like . And for example, she was able to change a quick make-up design on the spot before the trial ended . Look forward to working with Marie and her team on my big day !
